Kalim Mustaqbal Foundation Distributes Free Medical Glasses to 150 Residents in Katsina
Restoring Vision, Restoring Hope: Free Medical Glasses Distributed to 150 Beneficiaries in Katsina
On June 10, 2025, the Kalim Mustaqbal Foundation organized a life-changing medical outreach focused on the free distribution of medical glasses to residents of Katsina State. The event was held at the Katsina Multipurpose Hall and lasted for 1 hour and 40 minutes, reaching a remarkable 150 beneficiaries.

This outreach was aimed at addressing one of the often-overlooked health challenges in underserved communities—poor vision and eye health. For many of the participants, this was their first opportunity to receive proper eye screening and corrective lenses, offering immediate improvement in their daily lives, work, and education.
Eyeglasses are more than just a medical device—they’re a gateway to better productivity, safety, and confidence. From students struggling to read the board to traders who rely on clear vision to manage money and goods, the impact of this simple tool is profound.
The event was personally overseen by the founder of the Kalim Mustaqbal Foundation, who reiterated the foundation’s commitment to providing essential medical and social support to communities in need. Their presence further emphasized the importance the foundation places on health, inclusion, and restoring dignity through service.
Feedback from the beneficiaries was heartwarming. Many shared emotional testimonies, expressing how improved vision will positively affect their lives and livelihoods. Participants were grateful for being able to see clearly again, and young adults felt hopeful for a better, clearer future.
This program is part of a broader effort by the Kalim Mustaqbal Foundation to address both health and socio-economic challenges in a practical, impactful way. Through continued outreach, donations, and empowerment programs, the foundation remains a trusted force for good in Katsina and beyond.
