Vision-driven management and oversight

Kalim Mustaqbal Foundation operates with a lean and adaptive structure that enables effective program implementation across its four thematic areas. The Founder and Executive Director provide strategic oversight for all programs, supported by a Program Development & Reporting Officer and a field coordination team.

EACH THEMATIC AREA —Education & Child Welfare, Women & Economic Empowerment, Health & Inclusion, and Humanitarian Relief & Social Support—is led by a dedicated Program Officer responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting outcomes within their focus area.

FUTURE GOALS (2026 – 2028)

KMF aims to expand its operations to other States within Nigerian such as Kaduna, Kano and Adamawa, thereby increasing our reach and impact across the Country. In addition, we plan to establish more partnerships with both National and International NGO’s to enhance collaborations, share ideas and resources to promote mutual growth. Furthermore, efforts are being made to strengthen the Foundations visibility, branding and sustainability to ensure long term success.

Kalim Mustaqbal Foundation’s interventions are purposefully designed to support the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. By integrating education, empowerment, health, and humanitarian assistance, KMF contributes to achieving a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable Nigeria. The Foundation remains steadfast in its commitment to empower communities, strengthen resilience, and build a society where no one is left behind.
